What size are your soaps?

All our handmade soaps are 3.5 and 5oz approximately.

Can I use my promo/coupon code after purchase?

Coupons/ promo codes must be added at the time the order is placed. Promo codes or discounts cannot be applied after processing! Only one promo code can be added at a time.

How long does shipping take?

Your order will be processed in 3-5 Business Days. Orders shipped USPS First Class Mail typically take 2-7 Business Days to arrive. Orders shipped USPS Priority typically take 1-3 Business Days to arrive. *Please note that all delivery times are estimates based on USPS delivery times. During the Holiday months these times may vary due to the increase in volume! For orders shipped through UPS Ground typically take 1-5 Business Days.

What can I expect when using Amani’s products?

Amani's products are amazingly scented and moisturizing. Our bath products contain natural oils and butters and are scented with fragrance oils situatable for all skin types.

My product does not look like the picture, did I receive the wrong item?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, bath product is unique and may vary in color. The item you receive may not look exactly like the photo but will contain the EXACT same quality ingredients and scent you love.

We take pride in every order we ship. We double and triple check that each order is correct so that you receive exactly what you ordered. If in doubt, please send us an email at Amani@amaninco.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

 Why did my body butter arrive melted?

At Amani & Co. we are committed in keeping our products as natural and free of harmful synthetic chemicals as possible. We do not use synthetic stabilizers or other products to keep our butters solid. As a result, our natural shea butter products are sensitive to temperature changes. Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat, and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. We cannot guarantee that your butter will not melt during transit. However, we can assure you that the quality will remain the same if melting occurs. We provide care instructions in each package to help with educating all our customers. Do not worry we have you covered with great tips below if melting occurs:

On warm days we recommend immediately putting your butter in a cool place or refrigerator for a short period of time *1-2hrs*upon receiving your butter. Estimated time may vary due to the temperature of the cooling space. We suggest refrigerating BEFORE opening the jars to avoid spillage. If you open your jar, carefully check to see if melting has occurred and proceed with putting the jar in a cool area to solidify. As previously advised, please be careful to avoid making a mess! The quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting.
