Refund policy
Due to the nature of all our products and ingredients, we cannot accept returns. *All sales are final. We want to make sure that you absolutely love your products, so if you find that your order was received with defective products or damaged packaging, please send us an email to Amani@amaninco.com within 3 days of receiving your order! We want to make it right!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Each case will be handled on a case by case exception.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES
Amani & Co. is not responsible for any unclaimed packages, missing packages, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses on orders! If the incorrect address is added, please send an email within 24-48 hours of purchase! Failure to notify us via email within a timely manner may result in shipping to the incorrect location. If your package returns, you will be responsible for reshipping fees! Lost, missing packages, and damaged packages require an investigation with the carrier. This will be done from our end. However each order is not eligible for an investigation and there are no guarantees the claim will be approved. Claims are handled on a case by case. Please email us if you have any questions on this information.
CLASS REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY: We require a strict 24 hrs notice of cancellation so that we may offer your spot to another customer. A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hrs notice. All cancelation requests must be sent via email to amani@amaninco.com or by phone 678 530 5323. (Please leave a detailed message with a good phone number if calling after hours.) No show or call will not receive a store credit this applies to all issues.
Amani & Co. reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to class time and refunded or provided a store credit.
