SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. However this sometimes can be delayed in rare cases! Weekends and holidays are not included. If you place an order on Friday after 12:00 pm eastern standard time which is the end of the business week, your order will be processed on Monday. Once your order is received, please allow7-10 business days for shipping once your order has been processed. We currently do not offer expedited shipping. For international orders please allow some additional time, 7 - 14 business days. All orders will shipped by USPS or UPS, unless we determine another carrier. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES
Amani & Co. is not responsible for any unclaimed packages, missing packages, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses on orders! If the incorrect address is added, please send an email within 24-48 hours of purchase! Failure to notify us via email within a timely manner may result in shipping to the incorrect location. If your package returns, you will be responsible for reshipping fees! Lost, missing packages, and damaged packages require an investigation with the carrier. This will be done from our end. However each order is not eligible for an investigation and there are no guarantees the claim will be approved. Claims are handled on a case by case. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
